We couldn't leave Milwaukee without paying 'homage' to the global headquarters of Harley Davidson. In 1903 on this site - 3700, West Juneau Avenue, Milwaukee, Harley Davidson started manufacturing motorcycles. Today they continue their inspiring work here and some 6,400 employees are still based at these offices.
A thank-you 'kiss' and for good luck
The plaque tells of humble beginnings for the business partners
A kind security guard came along and allowed us to pull our bikes onto pavement and took this picture for us. If you are reading this - Thank you very much!
Got to hand it to you, your bikes always look great no matter the weather! I have been enjoying your ride and wished I contacted you when you went by Santa Barbara,CA.

Hi Randy thanks for your comments. You caught the bikes on a good day. We had them serviced and washed at Hals Harley Davidson the day before so they were still looking good. Sorry we missed you in Santa Barbara - you live in a very stunning part of the country that's for sure.
DeleteThank you for the great pictures
